Troubleshooting

LUXI Asian Blue + Sisal still cannot smooth the surface

If the strongest LUXI pair cannot create a smoother matte surface, return to sanding instead of continuing polishing.

Symptoms

  • Visible sanding marks remain even after a short controlled LUXI Asian Blue + Sisal check.

Likely causes

  • The surface is not mechanically prepared for polishing.
  • Sanding marks are too deep for a polishing route.

Checks

  • Stop before overheating or overcutting.
  • Inspect the sanding sequence and surface geometry.

Recommended fixes

  • Return to sanding or abrasive preparation.
  • Do not keep polishing in the hope that final compounds will remove the marks.

Prevention

  • Use LUXI Asian Blue + Sisal as an exceptional readiness test, not as a substitute for sanding.
