Likely causes

  • LUXI Purple was overapplied.
  • The brush or thread carried compound deep into the geometry.
  • Cleaning was not matched to the recess shape.

Checks

  • Inspect under good light or magnification.
  • Check whether residue is trapped in pores, texture, prongs or undercuts.

Recommended fixes

  • Use minimal compound, clean carefully, inspect before coating and use controlled cleaning.
  • Do not extend ultrasonic time aggressively without checking material and coating risk.

Prevention

  • Keep the brush or thread lightly charged.
  • Clean during the process rather than after heavy buildup develops.
