Scratches remain after LUXI Beige

Visible scratches after LUXI Beige usually mean the final step started too early: the surface was not sufficiently wet-sanded, or the LUXI Brown stage was not completed.

Symptoms

  • Gloss may appear between scratches.
  • Fine or visible scratches remain after final polishing.

Likely causes

  • Final stage was started too early.
  • Wet sanding or LUXI Brown preparation was insufficient.

Checks

  • Look at the surface under good light before LUXI Beige.
  • Check whether scratches are sanding marks or new heat-drag marks.

Recommended fixes

  • Return to wet sanding or the LUXI Brown stage.
  • Then finish again with LUXI Beige using low speed and short contacts.

Prevention

  • Move to LUXI Beige only after the surface is smooth enough for final gloss.
  • Do not use pressure to make LUXI Beige remove deeper scratches.
