Checks

  • Check temperature
  • Reduce contact time

Recommended fixes

  • Use short runs
  • Keep below 70 C
  • Use a low-speed LUXI Green path where applicable
  • Use delicate, low-speed polishing with LUXI Green and short, controlled contacts. Monitor temperature. Stop and reassess if the surface overheats or becomes unstable.
